We are not having a wine pairing dinner in January, our next one at Bacio Trattoria will be February 5. So, we thought we would plan a January group activity for our wine loving followers.

Barrie Film Festival is showing a movie called “From the Vine”. It’s a comedy/drama that follows the heartwarming story of a middle-aged corporate executive who has all but lost his way, and travels abroad in hopes of finding the missing piece. What he discovers is a vineyard on the brink of ruin, and a desire within to breathe new life into it.

The movie ends around 8:45. So, we were also planning a post film gathering at Bacio Trattoria after the screening where we can enjoy some good food, wine, and conversation. Please DM by Tuesday, January 7 if you would like to join us so I can reserve space at Bacio.
