Savour South America: A Symphony of Flavours & Sights

This is a very special evening. Even though Chef Will from Bacio Trattoria was raised in Italy, he was born in Peru. So, he’s thrilled to take us on a South American culinary journey with multiple small plates so you can experience the diversity of the cuisine. Trent from Wine Journeys will enhance the experience with some stellar wines from Chile and Argentina. Then Eleanor Dath from Vision Travel will virtually take us to the wonderous country of Peru during dinner.
We will pair each course with a small glass of wine so that you can experience the magic of pairing wine and food without buying a whole bottle (unless you want the whole bottle, we will still have that option).
