Silky and refined\, it captures the essence of the season.  A dish that’s vibrant and quietly luxurious. \nFor the main course\, pollo alla cacciatora brings comfort and depth. Slowly simmered with olives and capers\, this classic dish reflects the rustic heart of Italian cooking\, always honest\, rich\, and deeply satisfying. \nAnd to finish\, a playful twist on tradition: limoncello tiramisu.
