DESCRIPTION:Join us in welcoming Gabriel Demarco\, winemaker at Cave Spring Vineyards\, to our very special Winemaker’s Dinner on Thursday\, January 20th.\nDine virtually with Gabe\, Wine Journeys\, and Bacio Trattoria for a true celebration of our World Class Ontario wines.  To give you some idea of the caliber of the wines you will enjoy that evening\, Cave Spring was named one of the top 100 wineries in the world by Wine & Spirits Magazine in 2018. \nFor this special evening\, Chef William from Bacio  has prepared an authentic 4 course Italian meal\, Trent from Wine Journeys has selected some wonderful Cave Spring wines to pair with it\, and Gabe will tell us Cave Spring’s story and talk about their extraordinary wines. \nOur menu can accommodate vegetarians.  Please let us know when you buy your tickets.  We are offering tickets for Dinners for 2 (with wine pairings).  If you would like extra dinners added or a dinner for a single person\, we would be happy to help.  Just message Wine Journeys with your request. \nThe dinner kits and wine will be picked up on the day of the dinner at Bacio Trattoria.  In our quest to make this a better dining experience\, instead of serving dinner in a Styrofoam box\, Chef William will take you through a short prep in your kitchen for each course so that you can enjoy a fresh restaurant quality meal.  It’s like dining out at home! \n  \nOur 4 Course Menu \nAntipasti Bacio \nChef William’s memorable assortment of Italian appetizers \nInsalata \nFennel and Blood Orange Salad dressed with Balsamic & Olive Oil \nPasta \nRigatoni with Summer Squash\, Spicy Sausage & Goat Cheese \nDolce \nPanna Cotta with Honey-Glazed Apricots \n  \nFor the best wine and food experience\, we recommend that you choose the Dinner for 2 with 3 Wine Pairings \n\nDinner for 2 with 3 Wine Pairings (2 bottles and 1 half bottle of dessert wine) $239.95 plus HST\nDinner for 2 with 2 Wine Pairings (2 bottles) $209.95 plus HST\nDinner for 2 with 1 Wine (1 bottle) $179.95 plus HST
