– Main Course: Choose between two iconic entrées:
– Modern Oxtail with Rice & Peas: A classic island favorite reimagined.
– Jerk Chicken Breast with Rice & Plantain: Tender chicken with authentic jerk seasoning, served with sweet and savory accompaniments.
