Bacio Trattoria and Wine Journeys have a special menu planned for you to celebrate Mother’s Day paired with premium wines because Mom deserves the best!

We will pair each course with a small glass of wine so that you can experience the magic of pairing wine and food without buying a whole bottle (unless you want the whole bottle, we will still have that option).

Plus we will start the dinner with Chef Will’s Special Bacio Sangria.  If you haven’t tried it, you need to!

Egg pasta, wild mushrooms, brown butter, sage & shaved parmeggiano

• Paired with a full bodied Barolo from Piedmont, Italy

Italian Trifle

• Paired with beautifully sweet Late Harvest Vidal from Niagara
