Dine with Jessica, Wine Journeys, and Bacio Trattoria for a true celebration of our World Class Ontario wines.

For your special evening, Chef William from Bacio has prepared an 4 course summer dinner, Trent from Wine Journeys and Jessica from The Roost have selected some wonderful wines to pair with it.  During the meal, Jessica will tell us the story of The Roost and talk about their wonderful local wines.
