Niagara College Dean’s List Pinot Noir 2010
This is the Niagara College Canada Dean’s List Pinot Noir 2010 aged in Canadian oak. Should have opened it a bit sooner. It’s mature, and perhaps a little past its prime, with pine, cedar, forest floor, and some cherry fruit.
