The grapes are sourced exclusively from Cave Spring’s own vineyards on Niagara’s Beamsville Bench. Medium-bodied and unoaked with gentle tannins, it delivers plenty of strawberry, raspberry, and ripe red cherry, with just the faintest hint of black pepper in the background. Its bright fruit and restrained tannins make it an ideal summer sipper for red wine lovers, especially since it should be served lightly chilled. Exceptionally food-friendly, it pairs beautifully with almost anything from charcuterie and cheese to grilled chicken or salmon.  This may become your new summer go to red!
